"Helped Me Figure Out Dispensary Access"
They were helpful with the dispensary access stuff and got me pointed in the right direction. I’ve dealt with similar things before where I still walked away confused, and this was a better experience overall. I did still have a few questions afterward, but they definitely helped.

I was able to find my state quickly, and book without dealing with any weird extra steps. I liked that they clearly show where the service is covered, because it saved me a lot of guessing, and made the whole thing feel simple.

I figured the video visit might be a hassle, but I could tell quickly it was going to be fine. It connected smoothly, didn’t lag, and never cut out once during the appointment.
The doctor showed up close to the scheduled time, and I barely had to touch any settings. Simple, no weird tech problems, easy 5 stars from me.

"Didn't feel very professional"
The appointment was quick, but it felt rushed, like really rushed. The doctor didn’t explain much and seemed kind of distracted the whole time, almost like they were just trying to get through the call. I did get what I needed in the end, so there’s that, but the whole thing didn’t feel very professional. I just expected a bit more care and a bit better communication.

I had my consultation with elevate-holistics.shop, i’m annoyed about it. It felt like they were just trying to get through it as fast as possible. They barely asked me anything, didn’t really explain much, and I ended the call feeling even more confused than when I started. For something I paid for, I expected them to actually take a little time and make sure I understood what was going on

"Ended up being easier than I expected"
I’ll admit I spent way too much time overthinking the whole thing before I even submitted anything. I kept checking the details, wondering if something tiny was going to cause an issue, and generally making it more stressful than it needed to be.

The process with Elevate Holistics was actually straightforward though. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or go through a bunch of back-and-forth, which was nice because that’s usually the part that wears me out with this kind of stuff.

After all that worrying, my certificate was accepted without any hassle. Everything lined up with what I needed, so it ended up being a relief. I’d use them again if I needed to.

I’m still not totally sure what happened with my info, and that’s the part that bugs me. Like, can we please make privacy details a little more obvious? I shouldn’t have to dig around or guess whether my personal stuff stayed private. It just left me feeling uneasy.

"The prices looked good at first…"
The prices looked good at first. Fair enough. But I didn’t really feel like everything was clear until I was already clicking through the steps. Maybe I missed something, sure, but the extra costs should’ve been shown earlier. Just upfront. It’s not the worst site or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to figure out what you’re actually going to pay.
